Wedding Updates: Budget, Dream Wedding: simple and intimate wedding, Calaruega and beach setting, New ideas, HAPPY NEW YEAR

Because of the Holiday season I decided not to post anything as I plan to officially plan for our wedding by Jan 2014...  Well with the holiday now done.. first things first! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!...

I have a bunch of resolutions and plans for this year so I am taking one step at a time.. I wish everyone a great year ahead! God bless...

Me and my soon-to-be husband has talk about how much we do plan to spend on our wedding. We are both call center agents with one very active kid, we plan on buying our first car this year and also find a home for our family, we came up with our most realistic budget that we can afford for a year of savings and that is..... are you ready??

200,000 - 250,000 php...

Yes, I am not kidding... so this wedding would definitely be a challenge as I would like to make it as close to what I want our wedding to be but not go over the budget... for any ideas and suppliers please let me know or contact me thru commenting or sending me a private message.. I would really love to hear suggestions and advices specially with the budget I have to work with...

I do plan on doing a lot of DIY and stuff, I have an idea where I need to be thrifty with and where I want to splurge and that will be the Photo/Video and The Food!!...

We also shared ideas of how we imagine ourselves tying the knot and him being a guy he just wants a small ceremony with main family only and then afterwards he'll just throw an inuman session with his barkada for celebration.. I for one is ok with the private ceremony but the last part no way would I want to have just an inuman session as I am not a big drinker.... so, basically his ideas were thrown out of the window immediately...

So dream wedding: that would have to be to walk down the isle in the transfiguration church in calaruega then a small party in the beach...

Simple and intimate wedding for us is that our wedding to be done with only our closest of family and friends... we don't want to invite the whole barangay but only those people who are really close to our hearts...

I am keeping my color motiff to the simplest, so basic colors only, White is definitely one and the other will be a touch of Green and or Rustic/Wood type of color...

so If the venue ends up in a garden type Id love to keep this motiff for the ring bearer...  and the flower idea for the flower girl is such a nice style too...

something subtle in this direction is how i would love to picture my wedding... but will this color scheme look great for the beach?

Id love to have this table setting in an open field if ever i find one...
